新生申請工作證(外籍學生)

※申請工作證前請先準備下列文件:
※Please prepare the following documents before applying for a work permit:

  1. 護照照片頁完整影本(不得逾期)〈PDF檔〉
    A complete copy of the passport information page (must be valid) <PDF file>
  2. 居留證正反面影本(不得逾期)〈PDF檔〉
    Copies of both sides of the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) (must be valid) <PDF file>
  3. 學生證正反面影本(舊生必須上傳)〈PDF檔〉
    Copies of both sides of the Student ID Card (required for returning students) <PDF file>
  4. 在學證明(每位學生皆須上傳)〈PDF檔〉
    Certificate of Enrollment (required for all students) <PDF file>
  5. 工作證申請切結書〈PDF檔〉

  6. 審查費:每人新臺幣100元整

外國學生如欲在臺灣工作(不論是在校內或校外),依規定必須先申請並取得工作許可證後,才能工作。
International students who wish to work in Taiwan (whether on-campus or off-campus) must first apply for and obtain a valid work permit before commencing employment.

若未依規定申請工作證,即受僱為他人工作者,將處以新臺幣3萬元以上、15萬元以下之罰鍰。
Any international student who works without obtaining a work permit as required by law may be subject to a fine ranging from NT$30,000 to NT$150,000.

學期期間,每週工作時間最長不得超過20小時。
During the academic semester, international students may work a maximum of 20 hours per week.
